About this tour
- This tour leaves from Tully, pick up can be arranged for Cardwell, Mission Beach, El Arish & Silkwood. This tour can be conducted out of Cairns on request. We travel inland through the green paddocks of the coast and start to climb the Palmerston Highway which runs through Wooroonoonan National Park. Turning off the highway we travel the gravel K Tree road with overhanging rainforest and trees. A swimming opportunity at the South Jonhstone river crossing before we loop back through the enclosed road to the highway. Climbing the range to the Atherton Tablelands. We have too many locations to visit in one day but this helps us deal with the weather changes and keeps it fresh by changing locations. The tour includes - - Waterfall viewing and swimming, - Crater Lakes,
- - Rainforest walking tracks and boardwalks
- - Fig trees - Cathedal or Curtain Fig tree
- - Spectacular lookouts
- Meals are not provided but we stop at Platypus Park Cafe for lunch. What to bring -

Pick up is at the Tully Transit centre beside the golden gumboot.
Departs Tully at 7.00 a.m.
Returns at approximately 5.30 .p.m.
Mission Beach pick up is 7.30 a.m. at the Hub Nth Mission
Cardwell pick up is 6.15 a.m. at the Information Centre
