About this tour
After pick up we travel north to the Babinda Bakery where you can purchase morning tea before heading to the
Babinda Boulders to enjoy it amongst the stunning rainforest and currated gardens. Crystal clear waters await those wishing to swim and a rainforest walk surrounded by fern trees, epiphytes and lianas takes you to viewing platforms above the granite boulder filled creek. Learn of the dangers and history of this location.
We then visit the multi tiered Josephine Falls and its emerald green swimming holes that are fed by streams from Queenslands highest mountain. Enjoy another well paved walk though rainforest to this destination that is a must for photos.
We travel back south to the Innisfail Esplanade on the Johnstone River where you can purchase lunch at the Riverfront Cafe or renowned fish and chips at the wharf.
After lunch we travel the winding back roads through the small towns, farmlands and over the South Johnstone River to Queensland's No.1 must do experience Paronella Park.
Here you join a Paronella Park guide who tells of the history, romance, devastation and rebirth of the park while they guide you through the amazing structures and natural beauty of the park. After the guided tour enjoy some free time in the park to feed the turtles and fish, revisit your favourtie part of the park, wander the garderns and enjoy the veiw from below the falls.
After soaking all this up we travell back in comfort to your pick up point.
